Generative Video
Full-frame video generation biased by Stage-1 trajectories. Hybrid pre-gen library + live-gen; adapter pattern across Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, Wan, CogVideoX, SVD.
Online gambling runs on two tracks: cryptographic provably-fair, or certified-RNG with a skin. We propose a third — theatrically fair. A server-authoritative Oracle commits the outcome under the same RNG-certification pattern regulators already accept.
A generative pipeline renders the committed outcome as video, image, dialogue, or scene. It happens to look like naturally-occurring footage. Fairness posture is identical to a certified slot — the UX is cinema.
Games are reskinnable once the Oracle, conditioning, and audit layers exist. The platform is the defensible product. First movers write the audit vocabulary the category adopts.
Six stages stand between a seed and a settled round. Every one is auditable. Every one is signed.
Hardware RNG or audited CSPRNG issues the entropy for the round. Every round starts from a signed seed — and every seed can be replayed.
A deterministic sampler produces a signed OutcomeRecord — round ID, outcome, seed, house-edge config hash, issued-at timestamp. Immutable. Stored. Inspectable.
A compact deterministic simulator — a few hundred lines of Python — produces a structured manifest from the seed. Auditable by reading, not reverse-engineering.
Video, image, dialogue, 3D — each rendered under structural conditioning from Stage 1. Declared a presentation adapter. Visual variety is a feature; outcomes stay fixed.
A vision classifier confirms the render matches the committed outcome. Any mismatch triggers regeneration or a deterministic overlay fallback — before payout.
Betting Engine pools lock, settlement posts via Common Wallet, a Merkle-root hash anchors the round to an immutable log regulators can sample at will.
Each modality is a first-class primitive of the platform. Any format we ship is a composition of these, settled against the same Oracle and audited against the same ledger. Titles come and go; the substrate doesn’t.
Full-frame video generation biased by Stage-1 trajectories. Hybrid pre-gen library + live-gen; adapter pattern across Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, Wan, CogVideoX, SVD.
Single-frame diffusion with precise object counts and placement. YOLO-verified. Fast-cadence (~10s) formats feasible with no pre-gen library.
A few hundred lines of simulator produces a structured manifest from the Oracle seed. Cheap, reproducible, reviewable by a regulator without ML expertise.
Chess, go, and poker engines playing toward Oracle-committed results via position-conditioned tilt. Organic lines, pre-committed endings.
In-character narration, constrained-decode generation, and judge-model classifiers. Same substrate powers commentary tracks and post-hoc market resolution.
Stylized character rigs with facial animation driven by LLM dialogue. Voice per persona. Highest per-round compute; longest sessions.
Player-skill rating, bot and collusion detection, wager- and win-rate anomaly monitoring. Runs alongside every round; surfaces risk before payout posts.
Operators integrate once via Common Wallet. Every future game on the platform inherits the integration — nothing to re-certify per title.
Audited CSPRNG behind a clean randomness interface. Inputs a signed request, returns a signed OutcomeRecord. House-edge parameters live in versioned config with two-person approval on change.
Pool-based or fixed-odds. Debit at placement, pool-lock at close, proportional payout at settlement, configurable operator/house commission split. Every game declares its markets.
Adapter per backend — Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, or self-hosted CogVideoX / Wan / SVD. Pre-gen library + live-gen hybrid. Fallback chain. Every asset signed to its OutcomeRecord.
Stores OutcomeRecord + asset hash + pool snapshot + settlement per round. Player-facing inspect UX. Regulator CSV + signed-bundle export. Invariant check pages oncall on mismatch.
House edge stops being a statistical emergent of a physical process. It becomes an explicit tuning parameter on the Oracle’s distribution — versioned, change-controlled, re-certifiable on demand.
Pre-gen library pattern · CDN egress-bound. Theater-Lite titles drop another 20×.
Long-form engagement. ~50 rounds/hr on short-form formats; ~7-minute rounds on long-form matches.
Post Phase-0, each new format is 30–40% net-new code. Ship-fast formats land in 2–4 weeks.
“Watching a plausible ski slope for 45 seconds lands differently than watching a number roll.”
Four compounding advantages — each defensible on its own, each stronger in combination.
Three disciplines in one pipeline: audited randomness, structurally-conditioned generative fidelity, and an append-only inspectable ledger. Individually hard. Together, harder to replicate than any single game.
No established framework exists yet for AI-mediated outcomes. The first submission accepted by MGA or GSC becomes the template the rest of the category files against — compounding advantage for whoever arrives first.
Flagship long-form titles alongside ship-fast formats. A rejected submission in one jurisdiction doesn’t kill the roadmap. A hot format doesn’t need a rebuild — the platform scales horizontally across titles.
Wallet, session, ledger, observability, operator integration — live today, handling real money against real players. Phase 0 is extraction, not invention. The first year of platform work is already behind us.
Target jurisdictions are chosen for precedent velocity. Audit artifacts are designed once and reused across every submission.
Our flagship AI chess product — real players, real money, integrated with casino operators via Common Wallet. The wallet, session, settlement, audit and betting primitives the platform stands on are all running against live traffic today. Every new format launches onto a backbone that already works.
A full AI-powered casino round, end-to-end. Players bet, an LLM draws and narrates a tarot spread, a judge model classifies the reading — and settlement posts through the same wallet path the chess product uses. Proves the category works before a single GPU ever spins up.
